About the Role - General Class Teacher - Tadworth, Surrey
This school is seeking a General Class teacher to join their team.
You will need to be resilient and dedicated
You will receive on the job training including opportunities for CPD
All staff receive full school holidays
The school requires a well qualified teacher of English who has experience teaching in the UK
You must hold Qualified Teacher Status
Experience working in a SEN is not essential
You will be required to teach all core and foundation subjects
There is an opportunity for a TLR for Head of English, Maths or PSHE depending on the candidate
You will have strong knowledge of effective relational behaviour management strategies for students with SEND, communication challenges, and complex behaviours
You should have resilience, stamina, and adaptability with excellent interpersonal skills
You should be enthusiastic to work as part of a team
The suitable teacher will have a proven ability to achieve positive outcomes for students
Experience in creating engaging lesson plans and contributing to curriculum development is essential
