As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will be a vital part of a successful sales team dedicated to helping customers improve patient care and outcomes using our products. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service with a focus on patient care.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will also include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and supporting cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the candidate will reside within this territory.

What you need
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales
* Proven success in capital equipment sales
* A proactive approach with ownership and results focus
* Drive and desire to succeed

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, ideally with NHS/private sector knowledge
* A full, valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
