Logistics Coordinator Role Profile: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join their team. You’ll be the linchpin between clients, property inspectors, and the quality control team. This role involves managing bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling, and providing support for key accounts while maintaining the buzz and energy that defines their team culture. You will work with different clients and account depending on the teams needs at the time. Logistics Coordinator Key Duties Schedule and manage property visits, ensuring clear communication with clients and inspectors Serve as the point of contact for high profile clients supporting their needs and ensuring satisfaction Organise and optimize schedules for 35 property inspectors in the field, minimizing travel time and improving efficiency Act as a utility person to cover different accounts when team members are off and assist with overloaded schedules Ensure completed inspections are handed over to the quality control team promptly for review Logistics Coordinator Character Profile: Exceptional customer service skills Experience working in the property industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Fun, team orientated personality Balance multiple tasks at one time Logistics Coordinator Package: £30,000-£34,000 Hours: 9am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri), 5 x Sats a year (9am-3:30pm) SW London / Surrey based, hybrid working after 6 months of service Please contact us immediately if you would like more information on this role as a Logistics Coordinator
