Job role: 9 Month FTC Buyer
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + up to 6% bonus per annum
Working location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid

Job summary: To provide purchasing and administrative support for the acquisition of goods and services across the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Work with internal stakeholders to procure products and services that meet sourcing requirements, ensuring the best value, reliability, and quality.
* Prepare and manage the RFQ and Quick Quote process, providing cost and supplier analysis to support contract award outcomes.
* Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
* Conduct supplier due diligence, including checks on insurance, health & safety accreditations, and financial stability.
* Manage supplier onboarding, contract sign-off processes, and maintain a central database of supplier contracts.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in procuring goods and services within the construction industry.
* Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Skilled in analysing and reporting on all aspects of the tender process.
* Excellent planning, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
