Job summary We are looking for an Administrator Call Handler to join our busy team working on our CAMHS reception. The successful candidate will need to be calm, patient, organised and able to work autonomously and within a team. You will need to have good communication skills and be a competent typist. You will be proactive in solving problems and queries and you will see these through to completion. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within their team. This office based reception work role involves, speaking with callers and taking accurate messages and adding to our patient record system. There will be times where cover is needed within our admin hub helping to format letters and uploading and scanning.
