Requirements Experience of working as a qualified Chartered Surveyor and undertaking commercial transactions including disposal, acquisition, rent reviews and management of property assets. Experience of carrying out Red Book valuations. For graduate position, a relevant degree or relevant experience working in the property industry. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or working towards RICS membership
