Regional Engagement Executive North West Homebased with travel throughout region Permanent Full Time with some early and late event finishes £33,000 Join our team A perfect opportunity to support ICAEW's strategy in the delivery of it's regional engagement programme. You must be based in the North West and have flexibility to travel across the region. This will be a great opportunity if you have relationship management experience, knowledge of the accountancy profession, current affairs and business issues across the region. A generous benefits package which includes gym discounts, pension plan, buy and sell holiday and health and dental plans Responsibilities include: To raise the profile and standing of ICAEW and Chartered Accountants under the direction of the Regional Director with members, potential future members, and stakeholders. This will include reaching out to non-engaged members and stakeholders. To continually identify opportunities to widen existing networks and relationships and raise visibility as a point of contact with local members, member firms and stakeholders. Be the local relationship lead and work in partnership with the regional team and local active volunteers to support the delivery of a member focused activity plan. Be the day-to-day point of contact for the administration of the operational aspects of the regional member engagement and activity plan, collaborating with colleagues and local volunteer member groups. Work in collaboration with the Regions Marketing Team to support the promotion of activities and events, across all channels and via relationship networks. This will include posting relevant and engaging content on appropriate channels. Candidate Profile Requirements include: Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain strong local/regional connections. Experience of event curation, planning (inc. budgets) & delivery (virtual & physical formats). An understanding of the professional services/accountancy/finance sector is desirable and an interest in current/economic affairs and the ability to align strategies with sector specific trends and challenges. Flexible to travel and hold a full, clean driving licence (plus have access to a vehicle).
