Offset and Industrial Partnership Manager

Role Overview:
As an Offset and Industrial Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Offset and Industrial Partnership obligations for an exciting international programme. You’ll work closely with internal teams and export partners to ensure that contracts are delivered on time, to budget, and meet all necessary compliance and risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage medium to high-complexity Offset and Industrial Partnership programmes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
* Develop and execute strategies for Offset and Industrial Partnership delivery
* Negotiate amendments to contracts as needed
* Manage Offset credits, licensing, royalty fees, and ensure the closure of agreements
* Provide expert guidance and leadership to internal teams and stakeholders
* Contribute to the creation of bid strategies, ensuring Offset requirements are understood and deliverable before contract signature
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in managing Offset and Industrial Partnership programmes
* Proven relationship-building skills, both externally with partners and internally with cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Knowledge of Offset Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and their execution
* Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
