We have a Senior Reward Officer role available working with a Local Authority which is based in the South of England. Job responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Providing assistance and support to help manage the salary supplement processes in place at the council - Ensuring managers are educated on schemes and policies, and deal with any enquiries from senior staff/managers - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Candidate requirements: - Experience of managing a team - Experience of working within a similar role previously for another Local Authority - Relevant qualification or experience As discussed, this role is based in the South of England and offers hybrid working.
