I am partnering with a forever growing business, with offices based in Uckfield. Being leaders in their field, they are always looking for talented, hard-working professionals to join their fun, social team.
This exciting full time, permanent job opportunity, is part of a newly created team, who are there to support the finance team, providing accurate administration and support in validating invoices.
You will be communicating with the key stakeholders, liaising, and supporting the finance department, to ensure all invoices are correct, or amended.
Typical duties will include:
Prepare monthly spreadsheets, to action and monitor
Seek approval from finance and other key stakeholders to approve recharge invoices
Invoice validating
Preparing invoices for payment runs
Resolve complex invoice queries
ReportingThis varied and interesting role would suit someone who is a good team player, has excellent attention to detail and be used to working to tight deadlines. You do not need to have previous experience within Finance or Administration just the want to learn!
Due to the location of this role, you will need to drive and have your own transport to get there. After training, hybrid working is available.
