Credit Control - Liverpool - Hybrid
Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Controller for a successful business based in Liverpool. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.
You will have full responsibility for the credit function including:
1. Proactively collecting cash from live accounts
2. Setting up payment plans
3. Cash allocation
4. Raising Credit Note approvals
5. Liaising with debt collection agencies
6. Query resolution
7. Taking ownership and responsibility for accounts
8. Sales statements
9. Investigating and resolving queries in a timely manner
Ideally, you will have good Excel skills and be system savvy.
