Digital Strategy and Leadership Evolve and lead the implementation of the organisation's digital strategy. Advise senior leaders on emerging technologies and their application to organisational goals. Build partnerships with external organisations to enhance digital capabilities. Data Insight and Analytics Establish and oversee a business intelligence framework that supports evidence-based decision-making. Promote a culture of data integrity and accuracy while ensuring compliance with regulations. IT Operations and Infrastructure Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems and networks, ensuring scalability and reliability. Manage IT operations, including technical support, to ensure high levels of service delivery through the Managed Service Provider. Lead investment planning for digital tools and systems to meet future needs. Digital Transformation Drive and manage programmes of digital transformation, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Deliver projects using agile methodologies and user-centric approaches. Promote innovative technology solutions to improve service delivery. Cybersecurity and Information Governance Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organisation from digital threats. Be the Hospice's appointed SIRO and lead on compliance with data protection and information governance requirements. Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices to promote awareness and vigilance. Team Leadership and Development Lead, manage and inspire the Digital Team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Create a high-performance culture focused on innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement. Other Responsibilities Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. Represent the organisation in external forums, promoting its digital vision and achievements. Other Attend all mandatory training or courses. Attend any training or development required by the Hospice. Read, understand and follow all Hospice policies and procedures. Participate in the Annual Performance Review. Positively promote, support and represent the Hospice especially within the community, and to maintain the philosophy, ethos and ambience. Comply with and promote the Hospices Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Harassment policy. Live and work in line with the Hospices vision, mission and values. Be aware of personal responsibilities and discharge these as defined by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to the Hospice, its business, patients, staff and ethos. Undertake any other tasks, duties or responsibilities as requested by your Line Manager or other Senior Manager, including the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive.
