Job Title: Repairs Planner/Scheduler – Responsive Repairs

Are you highly organized and proactive? We’re hiring a Repairs Planner/Scheduler to play a key role in coordinating social housing repairs in our Surrey office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling: Manage daily tasks for up to 20 operatives, maximizing efficiency.
2. Urgent Requests: Prioritize emergency calls for quick resolution.
3. Team Coordination: Assist with on-the-go changes and support site operations.
4. Client Service: Provide top-notch, professional client interactions.
5. Order Allocation: Help allocate at least 60 new repair orders daily.
