Production Operative - Filling ( Days ) S alary: Base £26,423.69 Shift A llowance £ 2,031.65 Total Salary £28,455.34 Type: Permanent, Full -time Shifts: (Weekly rotation ) Mon- Fri 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 P osition Summary As a Production Operative - Filling, you will be responsible for the filling of containers with the required number of products before packaging and shipping. In addition to operating the machinery, you will complete administrative work, weigh products you package and perform simple maintenance on the machines. Key Responsibilities Operate various filling packaging machinery at several stages of the production line. Sort and weigh products after packaging. Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area. Perform simple hourly maintenance on your machine. Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift. Support other machine operators. Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately. Experience, Knowledge & Skills E xper ience of working in a Manufacturing and/or Production role (Essential). Ability to work in a team environment. Willing to take part in process improvement projects and team activities. Basic computer skills and experience or knowledge of SAP (Desirable). FLT Licen ce (Desirable).
