The Trust Bank is made up of a pool of staff that provides temporary cover for staff shortages or short-term vacancies. If you work for the trust bank, you tell us when you are available, and your availability is then matched with shift requirements across the hospital.
Our Bank operates by booking temporary staff on a flexible basis, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you work, depending upon availability.

About us
Come and work on the Trust Bank in one of Midlands Partnership University Foundation Trust's Mental Health Hospitals.
You will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC number and capable of working to Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct. Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be punctual, reliable, highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative, good team players, and committed to providing high standards of care.

* Conforms to NMC requirements
Experience
* Experience of formulating assessments, planning, coordinating, and supporting people within a hospital setting
* Experience of providing care and interventions within a health setting or specialist mental health settings
