Requirements:
Completed Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Level 4 Apprenticeship completed: Family Practitioner- Residential Care
2 years of experience in residential care with young people with EBD

Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the Welfare of the Children
* Support the children's positive development
* Support the children with education and health appointments
* Support and facilitate family contact
* Be a trusted adult and key worker to children. Take part in meetings about your child, conduct keyworker sessions, prepare monthly reports and other documentation.
* Support children to activities
* Work in partnership with other professionals and emergency services such as social workers, health professionals, police
* Ensure health and safety at the home
* Support children to develop independent skills
* Support children to maintain their bedroom tidy, help with laundry and meal preparation
* Take part in staff meetings and complete training
* Carry out domestic duties within the home
