Director of Operations, Adults & Urgent Community Response. Band 8D
As the Director of Operations, you will be a member of the Executive Team and will contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic direction, and to the overall leadership, direction and management of Bromley Healthcare. You will participate in the development, communication and promotion of Bromley Healthcare's vision and the delivery of the 'Community First' strategy.

Key factors:
* Service delivery including business processes, contracting, key performance indicators, outcomes and patient/family satisfaction in line with agreed contracts.
* Financial performance
* Clinical Governance and Quality (discharged with the clinical director and quality lead)
* Strategic planning and decision making
* Line management responsibility for direct reports.
* Supporting the transformation of services alongside the transformation unit.
* You will hold executive level responsibility for designated clinical and professional services.

Qualifications/Professional registration
Essential
* Masters level qualification or equivalent level of relevant experience
* Management/leadership qualification such as NHS leadership programme or equivalent experience
Desirable
* Registered General Nurse or AHP
* Relevant post registration clinical qualifications
Specific knowledge/experience
Essential
* Demonstrable experience of working at senior management level in a large complex environment.
* Proven experience of leading and delivering against key national performance standards in relevant care pathways.
* Experience of working on and leading on complex business change processes.
* Experience of interpreting national strategy, legislation and policy where there is no precedent.
* Experience of developing appropriate strategic plans and policies to implement national guidance across services.
* Experience of service development and improvement, including productivity improvements.
* Experience of developing bids for new areas of business.
