* Evenings and night shifts: £23.53 per hour
Full Time or Part Time: We offer a variety of shift patterns including 4 on 4 off and weekends only, ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week.

* Working Patterns: We recognise that 9-5 doesn't work for everyone, so we have a range of working patterns available.
* Comprehensive Training: Successful candidates will undergo 6 weeks of full-time training, followed by three weeks of supported practice. You will be trained on NHS Pathways systems.

What your typical day looks like:
* Working within a compassionate and professional team of clinical experts.
* Creating a positive impact on patients' lives, providing telephone triage using the NHS Pathways system.
* Providing secure, efficient, and patient-centred care.
* Guiding patients across primary, secondary, and tertiary care.
* Conducting clinical evaluations and offering support and guidance to fellow advisors.
* Reflective supervision led by supportive Clinical Leads.
To be a successful Clinical Advisor you'll need:
* Sub-Part 1 level registration with the NMC, Registered Pharmacist or Registered Paramedic.
* Significant post-registration experience & a broad clinical knowledge base, ideally with a minimum of two years clinical experience.
* Experience of working within a multi-professional clinical environment.
* Good level of IT / PC skills.
* Motivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determination to provide outstanding patient care.

Person Specification
Experience
* Nurse triage/telephone advice experience and competence.
* Significant post-registration training/consolidation & experience in at least two healthcare settings including one in an aspect of adult general care.
* Experience of working within a multi-professional / multi-agency environment.
* Broad clinical knowledge base.
* Evidence of continuous training, learning and development.
* Good level of PC literacy.
* Ability to obtain, process, and accurately document patient/caller information.
* Sound clinical decision-making capabilities; ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills in clinical care.
* Effective time management; able to prioritise patient care and tasks appropriately.
* Prepared to participate in service development.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Understanding of patient confidentiality issues and the data protection act.
* Demonstrable interest in, and ability to, support, coach and mentor others.
* Able to demonstrate initiative and motivation in the highly skilled area of caring for patients via telephony/IT systems.
* Experience of working independently.
* Experience of working within primary care.
Qualifications
* Sub-part 1 level registration with the NMC or Registered Paramedic or registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as relevant.
* Accredited NHS Pathways user.
* Recognised Minor Illness, Injuries certificate.
