Job Description

Position Purpose

1. To drive customer retention through marketing activities in support of the CHEP Europe Pallets business objectives.
2. To create Marketing content that articulates the business value proposition to retain & grow with the European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities

3. Create marketing content to deliver targeted & measurable campaigns that deliver on the EU Retention strategy, working with agencies where needed.
4. Apply Account Based Marketing principles as needed on European Strategic Partnerships and support with Executive content for C-suite Customer meetings.
5. Support contract renewal, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender & Top to Top including content creation.
6. General responsibilities include creating connections with customers to gain referrals and renewals, collaborating with sales and marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging, and obtaining customer feedback from customer service & customer insights teams to inform campaigns & strategy.
7. Serve as brand champion Ensure that marketing programmes and activities are executed infusing brand compliance and coordinated with global initiatives and programs.
8. Align with key internal stakeholders and commercial team members and leverage customer interactions for content idea sourcing, staying aware of industry-related topics and trends for developing original content that articulates the EU business value proposition to retain & grow with the EU strategic accounts.
9. Administration of budget & supplier coordination
10. Participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects from international teams within local countries where required.
11. Regularly report on progress against plan with clear Metrics on all activities (digital and non-digital)
12. Maintain Monday.com workflow tool with accurate timelines, dependencies, descriptions and execution channels.
13. Ensure all work is fully aligned with team & business Mission and goals and be able to articulate this to the wider business.
14. Responsible for managing both unplanned requests from the business and for driving planned content in relation to brand execution & contract renegotiations of strategic accounts.
15. Able to identify operational efficiencies, collaboration opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the support we provide and to build and manage the relationships necessary to deliver them.

Skills / Experience

16. Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies and programmes
17. Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, excel, word etc)
18. Excellent Interpersonal skills / savvy and culture awareness
19. Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
20. Marketing content creation
21. Supporting retention initiatives across Europe
