Job Description

We are seeking a National Sales Manager - Service Contracts Sales, UKI to lead our Service Contracts Sales Strategy across the UK & Ireland for Healthcare and Life Science sectors. You will collaborate with sales and tender teams, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance.
Main responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
* Forecasting business sources and increasing market share in Service Contracts Renewals, Out Of Warranties, and Point of Sale.
* Managing, coaching, and motivating sales managers, conducting field visits, and performance reviews.
* Improving sales processes, monitoring effectiveness, and ensuring timely tender submissions.
* Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing updates to leadership.
* Providing ongoing training and development to sales managers.
