* Have a strong understanding of SEMH and SEND needs
* Build professional, nurturing, and positive relationships with students
* Deliver Maths curricula spanning Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3, and GCSE
* Create engaging and relevant lessons that inspire a love for learning
* Manage complex behaviours with consistency, flexibility, and a non-judgmental approach
* Contribute to the school's decision-making and curriculum development
