The Role
CF Commercial shapes modern retail, restaurant, and leisure real estate by identifying cutting-edge tenants, emerging brands, and innovative operators who align with a landlords vision and bring genuine personality to their projects.
As a full-spectrum property consultancy, we manage every stage of development—from acquisition, development, strategy, and planning to lettings and disposals.
We take pride in offering our unique services to leading developers, funds, property companies, local authorities, occupiers, and private clients.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic individual with ideally 1 to 2 years experience working in an agency role to join our team. This position offers significant responsibility, a wide variety of tasks, and an opportunity to be a part of a growing business.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Advising clients on marketing leasehold and freehold interests.
* Working on major, high-profile standalone and mixed-use projects across London.
* Offering high-quality advice on the ground floor commercial elements of mixed-use developments and standalone assets.
* Conducting market research and analysing local development pipelines.
* Providing recommendations on rents, rental comparables, market conditions, commercial values, and marketing strategies.
* Identifying new trends ahead of the market in order to maintain us providing cutting edge advice.
* New store acquisition programs for retailers, F&B, and leisure occupiers looking to open new locations across London.
* Acquiring and selling land and investment sites alongside the Land & Investment Director.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of agency experience with strong knowledge of the London market.
* Strong written communication skills and proficiency in using a Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
* Comfortable with networking, attending tenant and client meetings, along with identifying new business opportunities.
* Confident in building and nurturing new relationships
* Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven to succeed in a competitive environment.

* Competitive salary £35,000 plus commission
