We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours who specialise in products and materials for the construction industry. They are looking for a proactive, efficient, and hardworking Credit Control Assistant to join their growing team on a part time basis!
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 – 15:00 (25 hours per week).
Key Duties:
1. Processing credit control and purchase ledger.
2. Administration for company credit card and fuel card.
3. Processing expenses forms.
4. Banking.
Previous Skills & Experience:
5. A minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control/accounts role.
6. Ability to work calmly under pressure.
7. Good telephone manner.
8. Confidence using Excel.
9. Flexible to meet the companies needs and objectives.
10. AAT desirable.
11. Bookkeeping qualification desirable.
