Your role will involve working closely alongside ourClinical Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Lead to ensure ourreputation for exceptional standards of care ismaintained.
As aDeputy Manager at The Oaks your role willinvolve:
* Supportingthe Clinical Lead Nurse and deputising for the Registered Managerin their absence
* Offer supervisionsupport and training to Nurse Senior Carer and Care Assistantcolleagues
* Ensuring at all timesa safe caring stimulating and homely environment for residents andtheir visitors
* Supporting withrecruitment and retention includinginterviewing
* Working tooperational and financial KPIs to include supporting the HomeManager with regular reporting on areas including occupancy staffvacancies and agencyspend

What arewe lookingfor
* Applicantsshould be dedicated proactive and trustworthy individuals withproven supervisory experience in a residential or nursing caresetting (this may be at Senior Team Leader or Deputylevel)
* Excellentcommunication and leadership skills are essential as are anenthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest inthe professional development of themselves andothers
* A good grasp ofmanagement reporting using basic Excel spreadsheetsetc.
* Minimum of a level 3qualification in Health & Social Care and be willing toundertake further qualifications if required by thebusiness
