Press Brake Setter/Operator – Late Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Recra is proud to partner with a well-established CNC laser cutting company that specializes in folding, welding, and powder coating services. We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join the late shift team at our Leicester facility.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to fabricate sheet metal components to exact specifications
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
Install and align tooling (dies, punches, gauges) on press brake machines
Adjust machine settings to achieve precise bends, angles, and dimensions
Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with machine performance or part quality
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience operating and setting up press brake machines (required)
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Familiarity with tools and measuring equipment commonly used in metal fabrication
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
