About the Project:
The Global HRSC Integration project aims to centralise and standardise HR support across 26 entities by centralising operations in our HR Service Centers and strategically outsourcing key processes. The HR Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in delivering this transformation across multiple countries, including Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands in Wave 1, and up to 25 additional countries in subsequent waves.
This role will involve close collaboration with HR Shared Services Centers (HRSCs), Centers of Expertise (COE), external vendors, and HR business partnering teams to ensure smooth implementation, process optimization, and the adoption of new HR technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery: Deliver the successful centralisation of HR services, policy harmonization, and implementation of new technology of countries in 2 waves. Work closely with the project lead and coordinator to ensure the timely execution of the project milestone to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Oversee the harmonisation of HR policies across multiple countries, ensuring consistency with global standards while adhering to local legal requirements.
2. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the Project team, HR Service Centers (HRSC), Centers of Expertise (COEs), and HR Business Partnering teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and clear on their roles in the successful delivery of the project. Manage relationships and engage key stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure buy-in throughout the project.
3. Process Harmonization & Optimization: Deliver the harmonisation of HR processes across participating countries, ensuring a consistent approach that aligns with the organisation’s global standards. Identify and implement opportunities to optimise processes, including the rollout of new AI HR technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
4. Process Documentation & Mapping: Lead the effort to map and document HR processes for all countries involved in the project, identifying key steps, dependencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure the documentation is comprehensive and supports the transition to centralised HR operations, with clear process flows and integration points with third-party vendors. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all processes are standardized and optimized for scalability and efficiency.
5. Knowledge Article Development: Create and curate Tier 0 knowledge articles for employee self-service portals, ensuring employees have access to clear, easy-to-understand resources for navigating HR processes. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge articles for the HR Shared Services Center (HRSC), providing detailed guidance for HR teams on handling inquiries and processes. Collaborate with HRSC teams to ensure knowledge articles and SOPs are updated regularly and reflect process changes as the project progresses.
Experience:
* 5+ years in HR transformation or project delivery roles, with proven experience in delivering large-scale multi-country HR projects.
* Experience with HR process documentation, mapping, and knowledge article creation.
* Familiarity with HR technology implementations and policy harmonization.
Skills:
* Strong project delivery and process optimisation skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Knowledge of global HR compliance, including GDPR and local labor law requirements.
