Accounts Manager
A well-established, privately owned, Commercial and Domestic HVAC contractor, has a requirement for a bubbly, experienced Accounts and Administration Manager to provide high-quality service to clients. Working within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality based on a static site near Woking.
As the successful Accounts and Administrator Manager, you will be:
1. Overseeing activity for both sales and purchase ledger.
2. Preparing monthly payroll.
3. Issuing Customer monthly reports and resolving any Customer queries.
4. Producing all accounting reports and financial analysis of the Business for both management and external auditors.
To be successful as the Accounts Manager, you must have:
1. Be IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
3. Excellent time management, organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.
4. Experience using Xero software system.
5. Be within commutable distance to Woking.
Salary: Up to £36k dependent on experience + Pension + Holidays
