The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role may include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Helping customers and putting them at ease; listening to their needs, answering questions, providing advice on products, recommending items, or offering baskets—small gestures that make a difference.
2. Promoting our in-store offers and schemes to customers, providing them with as much information as possible.
3. Ensuring the store runs smoothly by managing product displays, providing excellent service at the tills, and assisting with stock in the stockrooms.
4. Collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping environment, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the store.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are seeking individuals who:

It would be great if you also have
Experience in customer care and service is advantageous but not essential.
