Title: Customer Service Advisor (full-time & part-time roles available)
Location: West Didsbury, Manchester (inc. some home working once fully trained)
Salary: Basic £20k (pro-rata) + bonus (realistic OTE c£26k+)
Working Hours:
* Full time – 37.5hrs over 5 days per week (shift rota including one in three Saturdays)
* Part time – 25hrs over 3 days per week (including a set weekend shift)

Tasks
What are we looking for?
* We are seeking candidates who are ambitious and preferably have experience in a similar customer service role or within the care sector and want to help make a difference in people’s lives.
* Specific experience isn’t overly key, though we’re looking for people who are comfortable working to targets, so we are also keen to hear from candidates from related backgrounds such as Sales Executives and Telesales Executives.
* Due to the nature of the clients we interact with, we would also consider Health Care Assistants, Care Assistants, or those working in hospitality looking for a career change.
* Note that full training will be provided, so you will have every opportunity to succeed, and we are looking for people who are keen to develop as the company grows further.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage new claims enquiries via inbound or outbound calls to follow up on our customer’s initial web enquiry – so no cold calling involved!
* Predominantly focused on medical negligence and personal injury-related claims, your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities for pursuing a claim by running through a structured pre-qualification call with the customer to obtain specific information. If the criteria are met, then the case is forwarded to the relevant solicitor partner.
* Work to set key performance targets and ensure that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and applicable regulations (don’t worry, full training is given!)
Requirements
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be advantageous though not essential.
* A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* You will need to be computer literate.
* Target-driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures.
* We are also keen to hear from candidates with relevant skills, i.e., Sales Executive, Graduate, Telesales Executive. Experience within legal services, claims management, insurance, or financial services would be advantageous but not essential.
