The Assistant Account Manager will represent Ward's Account Management team and their business strategies, with a commitment to delivering service excellence and contributing to the efficiency and service provided to the account portfolios.
Job Title: Assistant Account Manager
Location: Ward Security, Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AW
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with collating information and data to populate reports for the Account Management team
* Develop innovation, alternative solutions, and contract improvements
* Implement innovations and improvements to client contracts and monitor the results of such initiatives, reporting back to the Operations Director
* Attend regular client review meetings and assist in monitoring SLAs and KPIs, identifying opportunities and/or risks
* Assist the Account Management team to ensure clients are kept informed and relationships are nurtured at all times
* Be a point of contact for clients and the conduit between them and the Account Management team
* Participate in the management on-call rota
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
* Proven experience in nurturing client relationships
* Experience working within a team that requires multi-tasking and varied skill sets
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Operational experience in a corporate security contract
* Proven presentation skills
* Able to adapt to different priorities quickly while maintaining good attention to detail
* High level of self-motivation and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrable track record of leading and managing teams
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* SIA licence desirable, not essential
