About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join us in the team in Acton. The role is to provide comprehensive Administration support to the Account Managers and Customer Relationship Manager.
We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support
Your Mission at Elis
1. Managing a portfolio of customers for Cash Collection and Credit Control.
2. Managing an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal enquiries.
3. Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
4. Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
5. Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
6. Using simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
