At ShortForm Global, we’re in the business of getting high-end restaurants and luxury hospitality brands seen, heard, and buzzing on TikTok. We're looking for a sharp, driven individual to join us as a Business Development Executive. This is your opportunity to work remotely, make serious money, and close deals with top-tier restaurant owners and prestigious hospitality brands .
This is a commission-only role. You get paid based on your results—simple as that. If you can’t sell, don’t bother. If you can, you’re looking at serious earning potential .
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Selling to the Best in the Business: You’ll be reaching out to high-end restaurant owners, luxury hotel chains, and top-tier brands to sell them the power of TikTok marketing. These aren’t small players, these are the big fish, and they want results.
* Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: You’ll get a pre-qualified list of leads —these are restaurants and brands who already know they need help. It’s up to you to pick up the phone, follow the script, and secure Zoom appointments. This is not a waiting game—you’re closing deals, not just making calls.
* Building Relationships with Decision Makers: Whether you're speaking to a restaurant owner or an exec from a luxury brand, you're dealing with decision makers. You need to make them see the value in our services and get them on board. If you’ve got existing contacts in the London restaurant scene, great—if not, you should still know your stuff and how to sell.
* Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the problems restaurants and hospitality businesses face. Offer them a solution: TikTok campaigns, influencer collaborations, and full-spectrum social media strategies that get results.
* Closing Deals: Once you’ve locked in the meetings, you’ll work closely with the team to ensure the deal goes over the line and the client is onboarded smoothly. Get the deal done .
What We’re Looking For:
* A Closer: If you can’t close a deal, don’t bother applying. You’ve got to be relentless —pick up the phone, sell the value, and lock in the meeting. No excuses. If you’ve got a track record in sales—especially in restaurant or hospitality marketing —you’ll hit the ground running.
* Self-Motivated & Driven by Results: This is a commission-only role. The more deals you close, the more money you make. If you’re not motivated by money, success, and the opportunity to work with the best clients in the business, this isn’t for you.
* Own Phone & Willing to Hustle: You must have your own phone. You can’t close deals if you don’t have the right tools. You’ll need to pick up the phone, engage with prospects, and close deals quickly. No time-wasters.
* Knowledge of the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry: If you know the ins and outs of the restaurant business, especially in London, great. If not, you’ll need to get up to speed fast. You should understand the challenges these businesses face when it comes to marketing and how social media can solve those problems.
* Strong Communicator: You’ve got to be able to hold your own in a conversation, whether it’s with a restaurant owner or an exec at a luxury brand. Follow the script, but be quick on your feet. You need to get the meeting, not just make the call .
* Professionalism: You’re representing a top company. Your attitude, approach, and work ethic need to be on point. Whether you’re on the phone, in a Zoom meeting, or networking at industry events, you’ve got to carry yourself like a professional.
* Remote-Ready & Self-Disciplined: This is a remote position. You need to be self-sufficient —you won’t have a boss looking over your shoulder. You’ll be trusted to meet your targets, but you’ve got to stay disciplined and be able to manage your time.

* Pre-Qualified Leads: We provide a list of pre-qualified leads who are already interested in what we do. You won’t waste time chasing cold leads—just pick up the phone, pitch, and close.
* Uncapped Earnings: The more deals you close, the more you make. Commission only, with 20-30% per deal. If you’re good at sales, you’re going to earn serious money.
