Job Description
As a Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Providing general administrative support to the team.
* Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
* Organising and maintaining filing systems.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents.
* Scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Coordinating with other departments for effective information sharing.
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained.
* Adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Business Administrator' should have:
* A good standard of education including Maths and English.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office & Adobe.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
