Key Tasks will include: To deal with delivery drivers, freight companies and other internal customers within the Terex facility. To load and unload deliveries ensuring relevant paperwork is signed or attached to the goods. To assist with the Goods-In process when required including booking parts into stock, labelling parts and putting parts away in their correct location. To pick and label the correct parts and ensuring parts are packed and secured on appropriate stillages or pallets. To investigate any shortages of parts and liaise as appropriate with the Spares Team Leader, Parts Accounts Supervisors, and any other relevant personnel. To liaise & communicate at all times with other team members and Spares Office personnel to ensure the customer orders and delivery dates are met To carry out all relevant paperwork/computer work related to the job role and maintain reports/systems in a timely manner. To participate in stock counts and co-ordinate the necessary transactions to the stock system to ensure it is up-to-date. To participate in any applicable continuous improvement programmes including 5S and housekeeping activities. Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time. The successful candidates must have: Experience working within a fast moving stores or despatch environment. Maths & English GCSE Standard or equivalent IT literate (Microsoft range of products) Excellent communication skills A 3 ton forklift truck license would be desirable in this role The above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.
