Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: Up to £55k + Company Vehicle
Job Description:
I am currently working with a well-established powered access business that is showing signs of significant growth within the UK. The company is now looking for a Service Manager who will work closely with the Operations Manager as well as the MD. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Workshop, Field Service Engineers, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Empower the team to deliver Company Objectives, Financial targets, and Departmental initiatives to deliver growth and improved customer service.
2. Embrace the introduction of CRM to better utilize customer contact data to support growth initiatives.
3. Day-to-day management and timely delivery of special projects & product recalls.
4. Work with the Operations Director to ensure all communication regarding service bulletins is handled consistently and professionally, involving all company stakeholders where necessary.
Requirements of Role:
1. Previous service experience with comprehensive industrial knowledge.
2. An experienced Manager who can balance managing a team while hitting personal objectives.
3. A strong, self-motivated individual and creative problem solver.
4. Ability to maximize performance and overcome challenges.
The role will be based out of Huntingdon – Monday to Friday.
