Darlington Borough Council are seeking to appoint a PA Manager to provide PA support and manage a team of Personal Assistants and PA Support Officers, ensuring effective PA, technical, project and administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
The ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines for a range of people is required, as well as demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with a wide range of audiences, both orally and in writing.andnbsp; The abililty to deal with confidential information and contentious situations is essential.
Previous management experience is required, as is the ability to design and manage appropriate administrative systems to support the workload of the Senior Management Team.
