Approach Personnel are working with a specialist Retrofit contractor to hire a Site Manager for a 2 month project near Cardiff. The successful candidate will take control of one of a scheme and be responsible for overseeing a successful project within the specified time frame and budget.
Key Requirements:
1. SMSTS
2. CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred)
3. First Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily operations.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
3. Supervise site staff and subcontractors.
4. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
5. Oversee health and safety protocols on-site.
6. Report project progress to the main contractor.
