You will be responsible for leading two specialist businesses initially, empowering a team of Registered and Service Managers to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships – from frontline staff to commissioners and external partners. What Success Looks Like: Year-on-year growth and budget performance Consistent delivery of high-quality, regulated care Strong service leadership and staff retention Development of new business opportunities Robust compliance, risk management, and governance What You Bring: Leadership Experience in Specialist Care A strong background in services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, ABI, or complex behaviours. Strategic, Commercial & Operational Know-How Proven experience in multi-site leadership, budget management, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management (or working towards), with a full UK driving licence.
