What You Will Be Doing You’ll spend your time on the phone being there for our customers providing roadside assistance for breakdowns. You could be speaking to a vulnerable driver or a family whose car has broken down in the pouring rain, so you’ll need to step up in their hour of need with compassion, empathy and support. We’re looking for customer focused people to support and assist our amazing customers while calling regarding their emergencies. You’ll need to have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you’ll need to have wonderful listening skills and be able to adapt to assist and support our customers who will have a wide range of diverse needs and requirements at what can be a very difficult time ensuring we help our customers to resolve their breakdown and motor recovery issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Previous customer service experience is great, but what’s most important is that you have the right attitude, dedication and commitment to great customer service, as well as a calm and reassuring manner and outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Can you remain calm and be empathetic when dealing with complex or emotional situations? The Start Date is the 6 th January 2025 You will need to commit to a full 6 week’s training schedule which will be face to face in the Huddersfield office with the below working pattern. Week 1 – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Week 2 – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Week 3 – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Week 4 – Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm Week 5 - Buddying will begin where you will need to be available to mirror your colleagues shift which may include weekends and later times to help introduce you to your working patterns Week 6 – same as above Once training has completed you will then start your hybrid working model Our working hours reflect. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern which will include some Saturdays Sundays Bank Holidays With a variety of shift patterns your latest shift ending at 8:30pm Salary £23,400 – 37.5 Hours Ways of Working Talk to us about flexible working. ..
