The Role:
As an End Point Assessment Co-ordinator, you will support the efficient delivery of our End Point Assessment (EPA) service for apprenticeships by providing organisational and administrative support. Ensuring an efficient and effective service for training providers, employers, and learners, you will facilitate the end point assessment process and establish and maintain relationships with training providers delivering apprenticeship standards.
You will work with the EPA Administration Manager and other End Point Assessment Co-ordinators, managing learner records and handling queries from learners, providers, and employers. You will also take full responsibility for scheduling assessments using ACE360, adhering to assessment plans and quality assurance standards.
Additionally, you will:
* Ensure assessments and results are delivered within agreed service levels
* Attend provider events to build and strengthen relationships
* Process and track queries to ensure timely responses
* Undertake general administrative duties
About You:
To be considered as an End Point Assessment Co-ordinator, you will need:
* Experience in a customer service environment
* Administration and/or co-ordination experience
* Experience of operating to quality systems and processes
* Experience of working with training providers (both colleges and private providers)
* An understanding of apprenticeship standards
* A good work ethic
* To enjoy working as part of a team and working accurately
* A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our office location)
