Who You Are An experienced social worker with a solid background in statutory work, including assessment, planning, safeguarding, and court work. You are registered with the HCPC and possess a degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent. You demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and can work effectively within multi-agency teams, supporting core principles of social work and fostering positive outcomes for individuals, families, and carers. What the Job Involves This role involves carrying a diverse caseload of complex cases, balancing risk, rights, and choices to promote positive outcomes for individuals and families. You will undertake community care and safeguarding assessments, provide expert support and information, and collaborate across organizational boundaries to ensure seamless services. Statutory duties regarding safeguarding are also part of the job. You will support the manager with casework allocation and supervise and guide unqualified staff and students.
