Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist role to support the estate agency team located in Bude. The role involves handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
* Knowledge of the property industry beneficial but not essential.
