Job Description
The Real Estate Associate will:
* Conduct property due diligence on secured lending transactions.
* Negotiate leases and associated landlord and tenant matters, representing both landlords and tenants.
* Investigate and report on property titles.
* Draft and review Deeds of Easements, Licences, and Tenancy at Will agreements.
* Provide corporate support on mergers and acquisitions
* Support the wider commercial team on innovative contracting, including joint ventures and partnering arrangements.
* Engage in business development activities to promote the firm's services.
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Associate should be:
* A solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law.
* Demonstrated expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and research skills.
* Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet strict client deadlines.
* Proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
