What part will you play?
Global Privacy Services is a centralized team of privacy professionals who work alongside lawyers, product and data teams to drive compliance across the entire enterprise. The team provides services under five core functions: Privacy Operations, Compliance and Assurance, Data Governance, OneTrust Management and Compliance Projects.
The team is sitting alongside core HR, Financial, Legal and Data systems as an enterprise service. Privacy needs run across the entire enterprise, and the team is set up to deliver globally.
We are currently seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst, Global Privacy Operations to work collaboratively with privacy professionals, lawyers, and product and technology stakeholders to manage privacy operations, deliver practical advice, and enable projects across the company’s businesses.
In this role, you will:
* Assist the project manager with planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring for privacy related projects.
* Fulfil the role of project coordinator.
* Assist in preparing project documentation, test cases, training materials, reports and updates ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Provide training and guidance to stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication and act as a liaison for projects.
* Conduct business and process analysis.
* Work closely with Legal, Technology and Brands to integrate privacy considerations into business processes and systems.
* Conduct privacy compliance audit.
* Develop and maintain privacy metrics and reports to provide insights on the status of projects.
* Propose and implement continuous improvements to the Privacy Program.
What do we require from you?
* BA/BS degree in a relevant field
* Knowledge of Global privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws
* Experience in a privacy/data protection-related fields, compliance, project management and business analysis
* Familiar with privacy tools and technologies such as OneTrust
* Entertainment industry experience is a plus
Skills Required
* Has a strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws.
* Experienced in supporting projects such as project planning and execution.
* Able to identify and assess the privacy risks in the handling of PI and propose mitigating actions.
* Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skill.
* Experienced in documenting and implementing procedures, controls, and guidelines.
* Proficient in using Confluence for documentation and JIRA for tracking projects and tasks
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Experienced with OneTrust use and configuration.
* High accuracy with attention to detail.
* Has a general understanding of technical aspects of privacy management such as DSAR, cookie compliance and data mapping.
* Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the privacy requirements and findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
