We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a forward thinking global consulting business in Esher, recruiting an Employee Benefits Manager.
This is a brand new role which will lead on the management of existing benefits across global offices whilst also advising on best practice and future benefits enhancements across global locations

* Experience of managing employee benefits administration across multiple international countries
* Prior experience supporting or owning payroll data management/processing in a multi-country environment
* Experience working in an international organisation.
* Confident communicator with excellent written communication
* Capable Excel user
The Role
The successful Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for the following:
1. Manage annual benefit renewals for various insurance and benefit schemes in the UK and globally.
