Following our success with Live True London salons, we launched FUL hair care in October 2023. Launching initially exclusively into Boots Premium and Professional hair care category, FUL is now ready to grow into other retailers and distribution channels.
Reporting to the CEO and wider leadership team, you will be responsible for actively growing FUL’s retailer distribution to drive growth and sales by nurturing existing relationships and unlocking new opportunities. You will work within the existing group company team and with the support of the wider business operations team from our office in Soho Square.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to expand product listings, introduce new products and increase market share with existing retailers.
* Identify and win new accounts.
* Analyse account performances and provide regular reports and forecasts.
* Management of gross margin, COGS blend, investment and local market strategies balancing the overall P&L .
* Identify appropriate NPD opportunities based on customer insights and oversee the end-to-end implementation from presenting to the customer and agreeing forecasts, to tracking delivery, launch planning and implementation.
* Day to day contact to respond to any ad hoc requests and issues.
* Negotiate promotions, cost prices and launches.
* Influence both brand retailer initiatives, to creatively deliver a growth strategy, building upon collaborative relationships, both new and established.
* Collaborate with retail buyers to align on marketing initiatives.
* Identifying new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the beauty, personal care or luxury industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
* A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving results.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deliver compelling commercial arguments.
* Willingness to travel within the UK to meet with key accounts and ensure ongoing relationship management.

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
