£27000 £30000 plus bonus & excellent benefits
Monday to Friday - 39 hour week - with early finish Fridays
TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Account Sales Coordinator for a well-established, international manufacturing company in Kidderminster.
Responsibilities
Processing orders from order entry through to invoicing using SAGE
To take Ownership of a customer base in a planned territory and map out the scope for future development
Respond and follow up order enquiries with Sage CRM
Provide prompt quote responses
Take and close orders from customers
Liaise between internal departments/external sales team
Resolve customer queries
Attend sales meetings
Ensure customers are receiving a high level of service
Create quotes with corresponding customers
Seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
Person Specification
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
IT literate, able to use windows and other computer packages
Experience using Sage would be advantageous
Comfortable with being Client Facing in the future
