This role will primarily be an AV role. We will need the tech to meet the following requirements in addition to the standard requirements:
1. Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies.
2. Front Line AV service support in a complex environment.
3. Experience troubleshooting Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet in a wide range of environments.
4. Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions.
5. Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software.
6. Support of key engineering applications in use within the business.
7. Move workstations and peripherals, as required.
8. Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets, and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes).
9. (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
