🚀 Role: As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role within the company. Your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to:
👩💼 Responsibilities:
* Assume responsibility for project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
* Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
* Responsible for leading and managing the activities of direct reports/team.
* Drive organic growth within existing client relationships by actively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
* Provide sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, oversee project delivery to financial targets, and manage client negotiations.
📋 Requirements:
To be the ideal candidate you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A minimum of a degree qualification.
* At least 5 years experience in successfully managing pharmaceutical client projects within a consultancy and/or agency setting.
* Embrace a considerate approach to bring out the best from both clients and agency team members.
* Display excellent writing, content development, presentation, and communication skills.
