Working as the Senior Registered Practitioner you will join an award-winning Adult Social Care team on a permanent basis. As the Senior Registered Practitioner you will support the Childrens and Adults social care staff to ensure fair access to appropriate funding streams for residents. This is a small, friendly and supportive team. There are flexible working options available for full-time or part-time hours with hybrid working including a mixture of working from home, the office and conducting visits across the borough.
